Method
- Add liquids first: Pour the milk into the blender to help the blades catch.
- Layer the rest: Add yogurt, blueberries, banana, nut or seed butter, flax or chia, and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth: Start low, then increase speed for 30–45 seconds until creamy with no visible chunks.
- Adjust texture: Add a splash more milk to thin, or an ice cube to thicken. Blend again briefly.
- Serve: Pour into a small cup, straw cup, or sippy. For very young toddlers, serve slightly chilled but not icy-cold.
